In close cooperation with the University of Tübingen, about 200 students from all over the world are working on their doctorates in the two Max Planck Institutes and the Friedrich Miescher Laboratory. Here, they profit from an interdisciplinary environment and from first-rate scientific resources. Dedicated support and educational programs foster the scientific growth of doctoral students, who are part of the PhDnet of the Max Planck Society.
